About Us

Earle Adams is the Owner and President of Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of New Haven, Middlesex and New London Counties and has been serving the area since 1996. He has built a company that produces a quality product at a fair price. Prior to starting Paul Davis, Earle was in senior marketing at several high-tech corporations, before moving his family to Connecticut. Earle grew up in construction, his father being a general contractor. Earle was also in the construction branch of the U.S. Navy, the Seabees.

Julius Zucker began his career at Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling in January 1997. He is an Associate responsible for estimating jobs and project management. Prior to working with Paul Davis, Julius worked for Sterling Real Estate as a property manager and HUD financed low income housing improvement project estimator and manager. Julius is water damage restoration certified, fire and smoke restoration certified and health and safety certified.

Rob Ball began his career at Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling in 2002. He is an Associate responsible for estimating jobs and project management. Rob graduated from Clark University in 1987. Prior to working with Paul Davis, Rob worked within the insurance industry for about 12 years. Rob is water damage restoration certified and fire and smoke restoration certified. He is also an applied microbial remediation technician.

Brian Adams began his career at Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling in 2005. He is an Associate responsible for estimating jobs and project management. Brian graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 2002. Prior to working with Paul Davis, Brian worked for Community Energy and Green Mountain Energy as an account sales representative. Brian is ASD certified, water damage restoration certified, and fire and smoke restoration certified. He is also an applied microbial remediation technician.
